Anna Estrada, who was nominated in 2008 for Best Latin Jazz Vocalist, is releasing her second CD, Obsesión (Obsession). Anna brings a mix of Latin, Brazilian, and American standards all done to grooves from the Americas, accompanied by some of the best jazz musicians in the Bay Area - Ray Scott, guitar; Jonathan Alford, piano; Alex Baum, bass; Michaelle Goerlitz, percussion; Phil Thompsom, drums.
