Duniya Dance and Drum Company presents Balandougou Kan Connection "Lanyee" (Unity and Peace). An exciting evening of West African dance and music, featuring a collaboration of artists from Guinea, West Africa, the Bay Area and Los Angeles. In response to recent political unrest in Guinea, these artists present their visions for a peaceful outcome to current turmoil and their hopes for the unification of the population.
10% of ticket sales will be donated to St. Felix school in Matoto, Conakry, Guinea.
